Employment Opportunities
The Port Hardy Museum has a collaborative and dynamic work environment committed to representing the area's rich arts, culture and heritage.
The Port Hardy Museum and Archives strives to create an educational space that represents and encourages critical thinking about the diverse histories and stories of the North Island. This includes a commitment to accessibility, anti-racist practices, inclusion of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and uplifting historically underrepresented voices. We prioritize those values being reflected in our staff. We encourage applications from Indigenous, IBPOC, disabled, 2SLGBTQIA+, North Island residents, and from individuals with experience working in community-based or rural settings.
